The final of Söngvakeppnin 2020 is taking place tonight it will be held at the Laugardalshöll indoor sports arena in Reykjavík. During two semi-finals ten acts competed for the five places in the final, we asked you which of the finalists were your favourite to represent Iceland at Eurovision 2020 and your results are below but first don’t forget to read our interviews with the finalists: Iva, Daði , Nina and DIMMA (click at the name)

1. Iva – Oculis Videre 43.43%   
2. Daði & Gagnamagnið – Think About Things 30.58%   
3. Nína – Echo 15.14%   
4. DIMMA – Almyrkvi 9.06%  
5.  Ísold & Helga – Meet Me Halfway 1.79%

As a clear winner Iva and her enchanting song “Oculis Videre” stand out with 43.43% of your votes, followed at the second place is a song which already hit the Spotify charts across Europe “Think About Things” with 30.58% of your votes and it seems like Daði would yet again end up second at Icelandic national selection. Nina’s Echo got 15.14% of your votes while DIMMA got 9.06% The song which failed to amaze you was “Meet Me Halfway” receiving just 1.79% of your votes.

Our editors have also listened to all of the songs and voted. It happened that they have completely agreed with the audience as they ranked the 5 entries of Söngvakeppnin exactly the same:
