The final of Belarus’s Eurofest has just finished and selected their act for Eurovision 2020 and it’s VAL! One of only 2 songs in the final in the Belarussian language, the hypnotic chilled dance track finished 2nd in both the international jury and the televote to get the ticket to Eurovision.
