On 25th of November last year BNT had a video reveal of Bulgarian representative for Eurovision 2020 will be Victoria Georgieva, a 22 year old girl which became famous after she competed in the 4th season of X Factor Bulgaria.

Victoria has recently been a guest on the show “Plus-Minus” at Bulgarian broadcaster Nova TV where she revealed that she was presented with 6 songs and after the consultation with the team decided the choice was narrowed to 2 out of which one song is more commercial and popular and while the other one is quite an emotional song and if she could choose she says that she would pick the second one as she feels it more that song would need to be performed with a couple of backing vocals. She added that she will definitely perform the song in English language, because more people could understand the lyrics and relate to the song. Her team consists out of Bulgarian authors.

When the host asked her to reveal the date of the video release of her entry she answered: “At the beginning of March, 6th, 7th or 8th of March it is just up to me to choose one out of the two songs and everything can start.”

At one point she also stated that the message of a song is important for every musician and her song would sure carry a really good message to the audience.
