Especially after this year’s very exciting results in the final of Melodifestivalen, fans were very curious about the numbers behind the rankings this year and here we have it!
SVT have released it in full today and there have been some very narrow escapes!

Let’s take them show by show.
Below the entries that qualified to the final directly are shown in bold, the entries that qualified to Andra Chansen (the second chance round) in italics.
In the brackets you can see the amount of votes and the amount of points, brought up by the different voting groups represented:

As you can see, Dotter received more absolute votes than Anna Bergendahl in her heat, despite the latter winning!
Anis don Demina would’ve made the final over Mohombi if the previous voting system was still in place.
In that sam fashion William Strid would actually have made Andra Chansen!

In Andra Chansen itself duel 3 and 4 were ties and won on absolute votes by Felix and Méndez feat. Alvaro Estrella respectively.
Malou Prytz, however, did receive more votes but Paul Rey went to the final based on having won more jury groups.

And lastly, in the final we get the answer to what many fans were wondering: The Mamas did indeed receive the most televotes out of anyone in the final.
