From the end of November last year it Cypriot broadcaster CyBC has announced their representative at Eurovision 2020 they confirmed that 23-year-old Alessandro Rütten better known by his stage name Sandro Nicolas has been chosen to represent them at the contest.

Sandro first found fame after auditioning for The Voice of Germany in 2018 where he reached the third phase of the competition after the audition of Shawn Mendes track ‘In My Blood‘ and surviving the battle round performance. He has since gone on to perform at the Russian music festival “New Wave”.

Today the official video of Sandro’s Eurovision 2020 entry “Running” has been premiered. Watch it at the link below:
