Eurovision Movie: Will Ferrell releases ‘Volcano Man’

Will Ferrell has just released the song ‘Volcano Man’ for the upcoming Eurovision movie.

The song has been accompanied by some artwork that says ‘Volcano man’ with ‘Eurovision Song Contest: The story of fire saga’ written underneath.

On Spotify the artist alongside Will is listed as ‘My Marianne’ with many fans speculating online that the vocals may be from Molly Sandén.

The lyrics to the song which is only 1 minute and 21 seconds are as follows:

(Verse: My Marianne)

Woke up at night,
I heard floating chords,
They guided me,
To the highland fjords,
Above the clouds,
On a mountain peak,
There he sat,
And he began to speak.

(Chorus: Will Ferrrell and My Marianne)
Volcano Man,
He got my melting heart,
Volcanic Protector Man,
A timeless hero must love too,
Volcano Man (Volcano Man),
Guarding the land (Such a man),
Volcanic Protector Man,
A timeless hero must love too.

(Outro: Will Ferrell)
And I love you.

As we previously reported, a host of big names are due to star alongside Will Ferrell in the film, including Rachel McAdams, Pierce Brosnan and Game of Thrones actor Jóhannes Haukur Jóhannesson.
