Tom Leeb will not be back at Eurovision 2021!

During his recent appearance in “Good Morning Week-end” on Non Stop People, Tom Leeb has revealed that he will not participate at Eurovision Song Contest next year, claiming that his working schedule doesn’t leave him the space to do so and he also added that France Télévisions will make an official announcement with more details about French participation at Eurovision 2021.

I have a pretty busy schedule next year so, unfortunately, I could not do (the contest). It’s official.

A month ago in an interview regarding his participation at Eurovision 2021 Tom said “I would love to, but it depends on a lot of things.” it seems like the projects on which he will be working are taking him a lot of time and prevent him to take part at Eurovision he mentioned some of them: “I have a film by Nicolas Cuche which will be released this summer and which is called” Pourris gâtés “with Gérard Jugnot, Camille Lou. There is the magnificent film by Julien Rambaldi,” C’est la vie “, a family comedy “, season 2 of “Infidèles”on TF1 with Claire Keim” and more.

Tom was internally selected to represent France in Rotterdam this year and he should’ve performed the “Mon Alliée (The Best In Me)”. The decision of the French broadcaster regarding their representative at Eurovision 2021 is yet to be announced.

Countries which have confirmed that their selected artist will be back for Eurovision 2021 are AustraliaAustriaAzerbaijanBelgiumBulgariaGeorgiaGreeceIsraelLatviaMaltaThe NetherlandsRomaniaSan Marino SpainSloveniaSwitzerland and Ukraine.

While DenmarkEstoniaFinlandLithuaniaNorway and Sweden have announced that they plan to organize their national selections for the contest.
