Judges of the second semifinal of “Szansa na Sukces Junior Eurovision” revealed!

As we previously announced Poland will be using the show “Szansa na Sukces – Eurowizja Junior” to determine their representative at Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2020. The three jury members for the first episode of the show have been revealed.

The first stage of the National selection involves a duel of 7 participants in each of the 3 episodes of the show in every episode different participants will be competing for a place in a special/final episode of the show. Each episode has 2-3 members of the jury which will select the artist going further and each episode has different jury members. The second stage involves all 3 winners of the first three episodes of the show and they will perform two songs. First song will be from the list of songs selected by the producer for a given episode of the program participant won but it will not be the same song with which the participant qualified further while the second song will be the participant’s song in accordance with the regulations of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2020 indicated by the producer. The winner and the next the Polish representative at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, will be selected by the jury and viewers who will cast their votes through SMS vote. First episode will take place on 6th of September while the second and third episode will be following Sundays 13th and 20th of September while the final show is set to take place on 27th of September. We already wrote about the Judges for the first episode. Now it is time to reveal the judges which will determine the second finalist. All three have one thing in common they represented Poland at Eurovision Song Contest.

Cleo represented Poland at Eurovision 2014 together with Donatan and they ended on 14th place while singing “My Słowianie – We are Slavic”. Cleo isn’t a stranger to the show “Szansa na Sukces” as she was already a judge at this years selection for Eurovision. Together with a colleague Dawid Kwiatkowski who is the judge on the first semifinal recently released a song “Bratnie Dusze”

Gromee is a well known DJ and he was Polish representative at Eurovision 2018 together with Lukas Meijer and he performed as the interval act at Junior Eurovision 2019. Like Cleo he has been part of Szansa na Sukces judges panel.

Michał Wiśniewski has represented Poland at Eurovision on two occasions. He is the co-founder of Ich Troje, who defended Polish flag at contest in 2003 and 2006.

The countries which have so far confirmed their participation at Junior Eurovision 2020 are: BelarusKazakhstanPolandPortugal, France, GeorgiaMaltaThe NetherlandsRussiaSerbiaSpainUkraine and Germany who will be making their debut. While AustraliaWales, Ireland and North Macedonia announced their withdrawals from the show.
