According to the Belgian “Sudpresse“, Loïc Nottet will join the judges panel for the 9th season of “The Voice Belgique”. He isn’t a foreigner to the show as he already participated in its 3rd season where he ended on 2nd place (his coach was BJ Scott).
A year later, he represented Belgium at Eurovision 2015 and finished 4th with the song “Rhythm Inside”. Loïc is not the only Belgian representative involved with “The Voice Belgique” as other three of their representatives took part in the show. Roberto Bellarosa (Eurovision 2013) won the first edition of the show. Axel Hirsoux (Eurovision 2014) was eliminated at the end of duels in the second season of “The Voice Belgique” while Blanche (Ellie Delvaux) their representative at Eurovision 2017, was eliminated during the quarter-finals of fifth season of the show.
Matthew Irons, Vitaa and Slimane, three of the judges/coaches of 8th season of “The Voice Belgique”, should be replaced by Loïc Nottet, Henri PFR and BJ Scott who marks the return to the show. Typh Barrow will be the only judge which will remain from the previous season.
