Senhit releases cover of ‘Congratulatons’

Senhit has released a cover of the Cliff Richard hit ‘Congratulations’. The singer who was due to represent San Marino this year wrote under the music video:

“This is the vision of what would happen if Federico Fellini and David Bowie would join my birthday party”.

It’s not the first time that Senhit has released a cover of a Eurovision song, with the singer releasing a cover of a number of other songs including:

‘Ding a Dong’ (The Netherlands, 1975)

‘Everyway that I can’ (Turkey, 2003)

aswell as ‘Insieme: 1992’ (Italy, 1990)

We revealed back in May how Senhit will get the chance to represent San Marino again at next year’s Eurovision. It’s unclear yet what sort of song Senhit will be singing.

Next year will mark the third time that Senhit has been selected for the country, with the singer also representing San Marino in 2011 with the song ‘Stand by’.
