The lead singer of the band Bystandr, Fatos Shabani, is entering Festivali i Kenges for the very first time. His acoustic song “Ty” (English: “You”), is one of the 25 songs which are going to be competing next week to represent Albania in the 2020 Eurovision Song Contest.
