The first national selection for the 2021 Eurovision Song Contest is kicking off tonight at 21:00 CET, and of course, we are talking about Albania’s Festivali i Kenges.

Starting from 21:00, the 25 acts competing in this year’s Festivali i Kenges are going to present their song in their original versions, with live vocals but no orchestra – for the first time in the history of this festival. All of the artists are going to perform their song the way they would like to perform it if they went to Eurovision.

All of tonight’s performances are pre-recorded, and we will get no results tonight. The jury will watch all of tonight’s performances, but they will make up their minds after seeing tomorrow’s acoustic performances as well, and choose the finalists based on both nights.
