Kazakhstan is highly likely going to participate in Junior Eurovision 2021!
According to the statement in an interview made by the Head of the Delegation of Kazakhstan, Zhazira Dyussembekova, there are very high chances for Kazakhstan to participate for the fourth time at Junior Eurovision Song Contest. She also reflected on the fact that for the second time in a row Kazakhstan has achieved great result at the contest.
Every year the Junior Eurovision Song Contest is becoming more popular in Kazakhstan and more people are getting interested and involved in the process. Considering that it was the third time only for Kazakhstan, we think those results are astonishing.It is highly likely that Kazakhstan will participate in the next Junior Eurovision Song Contest, but the precise answer will be announced later.

Kazakh broadcaster Khabar Agency is an associate member so because of that and the fact that they can only participate at the show if they get an invitation by the host channel or the Directive Committee of Junior Eurovision it is still not possible from them to confirm their participation at Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2021 but given the fact that cooperation went well and the popularity of the show in Kazakhstan there are also high chances for it to happen again next year.
President of Kazakhstan Qasym-Jomart Toqayev has congratulated to their representative at Junior Eurovision 2020, Karakat Bashanova for the achieved result at the contest, she ended as runner up. He also stated that she deservedly represented Kazakhstan at the prestigious signing competition. You can watch the performance below
Kazakhstan made their debut at Junior Eurovision 2018 when Daneliya Tuleshova sang “Ózińe sen (Seize The Time)” reaching sixth place. Year later they managed to achieve their highest result to date when Yerzhan Maksim with “Armanyńnyan Qalma” ended as runner up and once again they repeated their success with Karakat Bashanova and the song “Forever”
