According to Yle, the thought of participating in UMK and the song I Love You have been in the artists minds a long time waiting for this perfect moment. Teflon Brothers and Pandora met at the backstage of the same gig place four years ago, and that’s when the idea of the collaboration was born.

Finland has an important place in Pandora’s heart, and she tells that her UMK participation is a way to show Finnish people how much she appreciates the support Finnish people have given her over the years.

Teflon Brothers and Pandora tell Yle that their song I Love You is about the difficulty of showing one’s emotions and encourages people to be more open and brave: ”With our song, we want to bring people together in happiness, joy and love and tell that love doesn’t care what language you speak or how you look like. It’s all about non-verbal cues or, as Pandora likes to call it, mental interaction.”
