Duncan Lawrence continues climb up Official UK chart with Arcade!

Duncan Lawrence’s “Arcade”, the winning song of the 2019 contest has continued its climb up the UK singles chart to a new peak today with the hit rising 6 places to number 33.

Following his win 21 months ago, the song became a hit around Europe but only peaked at number 67 in the Official UK top 40, being outperformed by Televote winners KEiiNO who’s song “Spirit in the Sky” peaked at number 61. However in recent weeks “Arcade” has become very popular on the TikTok app with the song reaching new heights in the UK chart as a result.

Last week in the Official UK Top 40, announced by Radio 1 DJ and BBC Eurovision Semi-final commentator Scott Mills, it was revealed that Duncan had entered the top 40 for the first time, with “Arcade” reaching number 39. Fast forward a week and it has seen a rise of 6 places to a new high peak of number 33.

Can Duncan continue this climb up the UK chart next week?
