Lesley Roy revealed her 2021 Eurovision entry ‘Maps’ – Listen to it here!

In December last year, Irish broadcaster RTÉ have announced that Lesley Roy will return to next year’s Eurovision Song Contest, representing Ireland next year with a brand new song. And the day has finally arrived! Lesley Roy is now finally ready to present her 2021 Eurovision entry, this is – “Maps”.

“It was a real shame we didn’t get to showcase ‘Story of My Life’ on the Eurovision stage, but had the show not been cancelled this new song would never have emerged. I’ve been working on new material 24/7 and this song was clearly the strongest out of all of the demos. I believe that it is even bigger than Story of My Life, and will reach an even wider audience,” says Lesley Roy about her 2021 Eurovision entry, Maps.

Lesley Roy wrote the song together with Eurovision producer Lukas Hallgren, who also produced Switzerland’s song in 2019 “She got me”, Emelie Eriksson, Philip Strand (producer/songwriter), Normandie, and Deepend.
