After being selected to represent Spain last year and due to the cancellation of Eurovision 2020, Blas Cantó was automatically selected by the Spanish national broadcaster RTVE to represent Spain at this year’s Eurovision. On 10th of February we had a chance to listen to the songs which are in the run to represent Spain at this years contest. Destino Eurovision is going to be broadcast from Studio 5 of Prado del Rey.
In the past week we asked YOU to let us know which is your personal favorite of the two songs by Blas, and these are the current results:
- Voy a quedarme – 60%
- Memoria – 40%
The top favorite of our readers is “Voy a quedarme” which got 59% of the votes while “Memoria” got 41% of the total votes and our readers believe that’s not the best choice for Spain. Tonight Blas Canto will be performing his two songs and he will be joined by many Spanish singers and his friends: Operacion Triunfó alumni Cepeda, Roi and Nia, Andrés Suárez; Vanesa Martín; Edurne (Eurovision 2015) and Pastora Soler (Eurovision 2012).
