Ukrainian Eurovision entry has been chosen by the jury!
It has been decided that Ukrainian Eurovision representative at this year’s contest will once again be Go_A the members of the band are Kateryna Pavlenko, Ihor Didenchuk, Taras Shevchenko and Ivan Hryhoriak. and their style consists out of combination between modern electronic music and ethnic sounds. Last year they won Vidbir with “Solovey”
As we informed you earlier it has been decided that jury will decide the Ukrainian Eurovision entry for the first time since 2004. And yesterday the jury made the decision which song Go_A will perform on this year’s Eurovision.
The jury members which decided the song were:
- Jamala – singer and winner of Eurovision 2016;
- Yevhen Filatov – vocalist of “The Maneken” and producer;
- Ruslan Quinta – music producer and composer;
- Yaroslav Lodygin – Board member of UA:PBC responsible for television platform;
- Dmytro Khorkin – Board member of UA:PBC responsible for the radio platform.
Our juries have already selected the song for @_Go_A_ ✨
Overall, the band presented three songs for the selection. The winning track, which will represent Ukraine in Rotterdam, will be announced in March 💛
