Georgia opens the submissions for the 4th season of “Ranina”!
Georgian Public Broadcaster 1TV has opened the submission window for the young singers eager to take part at the 4th season of the show “Ranina” which was in the previous three years used as their selection for the artist who is going to represent them at Junior Eurovision Song Contest the application form is available on the link HERE!
The countries which have confirmed their participation at Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2021 so far include Germany, France, The Netherlands, Russia, Spain, Ireland and Georgia .You can watch the three winners of Ranina: Tamar Edilashvili (2018); Giorgi Rostiashvili (2019) and Sandra Gadelia (2020) perform a song together below
Sandra Gadelia represented Georgia at Junior Eurovision 2020, with the song “You Are Not Alone” selected to represent her country after winning Ranina. She sang the song “You Are Not Alone”, she ended the contest on 6th place with 111 points. Could Ranina bring She came 6th out of 12 acts in Poland. Previous results by winners of Ranina are 14th place at JESC 2019 for Giorgi Rostiashvili with “We Need Love” and 8th place for Tamar Edilashvili with “Your Voice”. Georgia has won the Junior Eurovision three times (2008, 2011 and 2016) and finished as runner up twice (2012 and 2017). You can listen to their Sandra Gadelia with “You Are Not Alone” below
