Listen to Romania’s Eurovision entry – "Amnesia" by Roxen!

Roxen released her official Eurovision song cand it’s called “Amnesia”. The song was selected internally only by a jury, for the first time the public did not had a word of choosing the song for Eurovision.

The member of the jury pannel were:

Luminiţa Anghel – Romanian representative at Eurovision Song Contest 2005
Andrei Tudor – Composer and author of Romanian entry at Eurovision 2008
Liana Stanciu – Head of Romanian Delegation
Lucian Ștefan – Global Records
Bogdan Păun – Director and Founder of NGM Creative
Bogdan Pavlică – Playlist manager and director of Top Music at RRA
Liviu Elekes – Composer, Producer, Multi-instrumentalist, Music director
Gabriel Scîrlet – Music Director at TVR
Dan Manoliu – Producer and Artistic Directo

Roxen presented 6 songs to the jury and “Amnesia” it seems was the best choice. One of the writer from her Eurovision track is Viky Red, he also tried to represent Romania in Eurovision 2012 with the song “If You Ever Feel” but he only placed 10th in the National Final, 2021 was more lucky for him this time.

Last year Roxen represented Romania with the song “Alcohol You” but due the cancellation of the contest she didn’t get the chance to shine on the big stage. Fortunately for Roxen, Romania selected her internally again and will get the change to represent her country on Eurovision Song Contest.

Do you like “Amensia”? What do you think about the song and how it will do in Eurovision?
