Montaigne to release “Technicolour” this Friday, 5th of March!

In April last year it has been revealed that Montaigne will be back as Australian representative at Eurovision 2021. We had a chance to interview her and you can read that HERE. Now it’s time to reveal more info about her Eurovision entry.  On Monday Montaigne teased us with a tweet that her music is coming

And today she revealed that her Eurovision entry will be out this Friday while the time isn’t stated but by announcing this information she joins Hurricane who are also set to reveal their Eurovision entry on the same date. 

Yesterday Montaigne started her series of vlogs in which she talks about Eurovision and she revealed that the she will be presenting us a song of the hyperpop genre which she created in collaboration with Dave Hammer. Which brings us to the name of the song “Technicolour” which is found on Australian song database and also on genius lyrics website as part of the official Eurovision 2021 album. You can watch Montaigne’s vlog below. Earlier this year she released a snippet of her song on her TikTok account the link for listening is available HERE. 

 

According to Aussievision Montaigne could be performing the song at Sydney Mardi Gras which is set to take place this Saturday and which she’ll be part of.  Last year Montaigne won Australia Decides 2020 and was set to represent Australia with “Don’t Break Me” before the contest got cancelled, listen to the song below
