OMNI Television will broadcast Eurovision 2021 in Canada!

Canadian broadcaster OMNI Television has confirmed on their social media that they will be broadcasting this years edition of Eurovision Song Contest. They were set to broadcast the show last year before it got cancelled. This will be the second time for OMNI Television to broadcast the contest given the fact that Eurovision 2019 was aired on delay both online and on TV. The brand originated from its flagship station CFMT in Toronto, originally known as MTV, as the first independent multicultural television station in Canada. Prior to that Eurovision was aired on Canadian network OUTtv who had broadcast Eurovision Song Contest 2014 and 2015 on delay opting to broadcast the show in June all across Canada.

Eurovision Song Contest 2021 is set to take place at the Ahoy Arena in Rotterdam with the semi-finals scheduled for 18th and 20th of May while the Grand Final will take place on 22nd of May.
