The backing vocals for “Loco Loco” by Hurricane revealed!

Hurricane is set to represent Serbia at Eurovision Song Contest 2021 with the song “Loco Loco” and today we found out that the backing vocals for the Serbian entry will be: Jelena Pajić, Olga Popović and Mladen Lukić. All three of them are well experienced at Eurovision Song Contest. As one of the vocalists Jelena Pajić revealed the backing vocals could be referred to as trio Vihor (Whirlwind).

 

Jelena Pajić took part under the flag of Montenegro at Eurovision 2015 as the backing vocal of the song “Adio” by Knez and at the Eurovision 2017 she was representing Serbia backing “In Too Deep” by Tijana Bogićević.
Olga Popović was part of the Serbian team at Eurovision 2012 when she played the violin and sung back vocals for “Nije ljubav stvar” by Željko Joksimović, and she was also a vocalist of “Kruna” by Nevena Božović – Ivanović.
Mladen Lukić is a singer and trombone player who represented Serbia at Eurovision 2018 as member of Balkanika where the group finished on 19th place with the song “Nova Deca“. He took part at X Factor Adria where he was mentored by Željko Joksimović. As well as Olga he sang back vocals for “Kruna” and the two of them were chosen to be back vocals for Hurricane with “Hasta La Vista” at Eurovision Song Contest 2020 before it got cancelled.
