The set designer will be Swedish Frida Arvidsson, who took over the same job for the Eurovision Song Contest 2013 in Malmö and the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 in Stockholm. Nikeata Thompson will be in charge of the choreography. The entire production has a budget of 11 million euros and is expected to be more spectacular and touching than ever before. Dr. Berndt Schmidt, the director and producer, describes it with the following words:

No grand show has ever been so deep and emotional. We want to conjure up a storm of emotions on the stage that really touches our guests in the heart and is hopeful and full of joy of life.
