YLE is replacing “De Eurovisa” with “Viisukupla – Eurovisionsbubblan”

Finnish broadcaster YLE has revealed some news regarding their Eurovision review show for this year. Instead of the well known “De Eurovisa” they will be presenting “Viisukupla – Eurovisionsbubblan”.

Finnish review show for Eurovision Song Contest called “De Eurovisa” has premiered on 17th April 2012. The hosts of the show were Eva Frantz and Johan Lindroos who have been involved at Eurovision since it’s edition in 2011 as YLE’s Swedish language commentators of the contest. Last year a special edition of “De Eurovisa” took place, given the fact that the contest was cancelled. For this year it has been revealed that “Viisukupla – Eurovisionsbubblan” is the name of new review show and it will be presented in Finnish and Swedish the two episodes will air on 8th and 15th of May and the audience is getting a chance to vote for their favourite at the link HERE.Their vote will influence which songs are going to be featured on the show.

This is the third review show for Eurovision 2021 as both Norway and Iceland announced the premiere of their shows “Adresse Rotterdam” and “Alla leið”  for 17th of April.

The representatives of Finland, Blind Channel are going to perform their song “Dark Side” as the 14th act of the second semi-final. You can watch their performance at Uuden Musiikin Kilpailu below
