Sarah Cox replaces Rylan Clark Neal as UK Semi Final commentator

Sarah Cox will replace Rylan Clark Neal as UK commentator in this year’s Semi Finals.

The DJ announced the news on her BBC Radio 2 show this evening (17th May), saying:

I’ve got a new little job this week. I will be co hosting the Eurovision semi finals on BBC Four Tomorrow night (Tuesday) and Thursday night.

The DJ continued:

Rylan is unwell so obviously we wish him better, so I will be stepping into Rylan’s sparkly tux tomorrow and Thursday.

Sarah was previously UK commentator of both semi finals in 2011 and 2012 alongside fellow DJ Scott Mills. Sarah will be joined by Scott once again aswell as the singer Chelcee Grimes and some other guests.
