Maltese Eurovision hit ‘Another summer night’ with a 2021 revamp!

Malta has some excellent Eurovision hits over the history – and exactly 20 years ago Fabrizio Faniello performed one – back in 2001 Fabrizio waved the flag for Malta with ‘Another Summer Night’, where he achieved 9th place with 48 points at the Parken Stadium in Copenhagen, Denmark. Do you remember the performance? Let’s all watch it again below:

Now, 20 years later Fabrizio presents the new version of the legendary track, together with his sister Claudia, who performed at the Eurovision stage back in 2017, with ‘Breathlessly’. This is what Fabrizio said about the 2021 version of his 2001 Eurovision entry:

OMG, where has the time gone ?! It has already been 20 years since we hit the Eurovision Song Contest stage at the Parken Stadium in Copenhagen, Denmark to represent Malta in front of 38,000 people in the audience, and more than 100 million television viewers across the world. We made the Top 10, by finishing in 9th place and taking the maximum points from host country Denmark in 2001. Since then my song was and still is played in Europe, Asia and even America. Enjoy here a new 2K21 version including my beloved sis Claudia 😉
