Switzerland opened submission window for Eurovision 2022!
Swiss broadcaster SRF has opened the submission window today. All the interested songwriters will be able to submit their entries until 12:00 Swiss time on 15th of September when the submissions are going to close.
Last year Switzerland determined their entry through the songwriting camps and now they gave a chance to all interested composers to send the song which could be their next Eurovision entry. Switzerland started to look for the members of their audience jury in April and they also confirmed their participation at Eurovision 2022. The 100-member audience panel and the 20-member international expert jury will be the ones to rate all of the artists and songs. The rules of selection process could be found on the following LINK .
At Eurovision 2021 Switzerland was represented by Gjon’s Tears who sang “Tout l’Univers” which got him to the third place with 432 points. At the contest our Olivier had a chance to interview Gjon’s Tears you can watch the interview below.
