t.A.T.u. making a comeback in 2022!

The Russian duo t.A.T.u. (Lena Katina and Julia Volkova) have just announced that 11 years after the breakup, they are set to make a comeback to the music scene in 2022!

t.A.T.u. represented Russia in the 2003 Eurovision Song Contest in Riga with the song “Ne ver’, ne boisia” and finished in third place – only one point behind second placed Urban Trad from Belgium, and three points behind the winner Sertab Erener from Turkey.

This wasn’t the band’s only Eurovision appearance, as they were part of the interval act at the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest in Moscow, where they performed their worldwide hit “Not Gonna Get Us” together with the Russian Army Choir.

Both Lena and Julia announced in separate videos on t.A.T.u.’s official Youtube channel that the band is back together, and that they are going to be back with new music in 2022.
