SBS, the Australian national broadcaster, is once again hosting the national selection “Australia Decides” in order to find their act for the 2022 Eurovision Song Contest, which will be held in Turin. The song submission ended a month ago, and after listening through all of the submitted entries, a pre-selection jury has chosen the best ones to proceed to the televised finals. The first acts for the Australian Final will be announced already tomorrow.

As it was the case in the previous years as well, SBS will not announce all competing acts at once, but a couple of artists will be announced a day. We will find out the names of the first artists and songwriters who have been selected to compete in Australia Decides 2022, tomorrow. This national selection will once again take place at the Queensland’s Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, on the 26th of February.

As we reported earlier, Australian superstar Tones And I announced that she is up for the task to be representing Australia, but we shall find out soon whether she has made the cut.
