Tonight it was time for the second quarter-final of Eesti Laul 2022. Ten contestants competed for the five places in the semi-finals. Contestants for the Quarter-final 2 were:

- Andrei Zevakin ft. Grete Paia – Mis nüüd saab
- Desiree – Siiani
- Helen – Vaata minu poole
- Jyrise – Plaksuta
- Kaia-Liisa Kesler – Vaikus
- Meisterjaan – Vahel lihtsalt
- Silver Jusilo – Elu rüpes
- Triin Niitoja & Frants Tikerpuu – Laululind
- Wiiralt – Kuradile
After the music video’s of all the competing songs had been seen, it was time for the public and the professional jury to vote for their favorites. Three of the five qualifiers were decided based on the public televote. Public favorites were:

Helen – Vaata minu poole
Andrei Zevakin ft. Grete Paia – Mis nüüd saab
After the public favorites were announced, it was time to reveal two more qualifiers, which were decided by the professional jury. Jury choose the following two songs to the semi-final:
Jyrise – Plaksuta
Kaia-Liisa Kesler – Vaikus
This year it is the first time that Eesti Laul includes quarter-finals. Last week it was the time for the first quarter-final, and the qualifiers were Stig Rästa, Boamadu, Evelin Samuel, Jaagup Tuisk and Maian. Quarter-final 3 takes place next Saturday, December 4th 2021 and Quarter-final 4 takes place on December 11th 2021. The semi-finals of Eesti Laul 2022 will take place on February 3rd and February 5th 2022, and the Grand Final is on February 12th 2022.
As we can remember, last year Eesti Laul was won by Uku Suviste and he represented Estonia in Rotterdam with his song The Lucky One:
