As Eurovision Albania informs the lisf of participants at the 60th edition of Festivali i Këngës has been announced. The Albanian selection will be held on 27th, 28th and 29th of December. The list of participants is as follows:

Last years edition of Festivali i Këngës brought some new things. It was the first time contest was held outdoors, first edition without the orchestra, and first time since 1989 it was organized in Palace of Congresses in Tirana. The format of this years edition hasn’t been revealed yet but last years edition featured three nights of the show and after all participants performed the studio version of the song the second evening was reserved for the acoustic ones after which jury chose 18 finalists which competed for a chance to represent Albania at the Eurovision Song Contest 2021. The jury voted and chose Anxhela Peristeri with “Karma” as the winner of FiK 59. Anxhela qualified for the final of Eurovision where she got 57 points and finished as 21st.
