Spain premieres the official music video for Levi’s Junior Eurovision entry ‘Reír’

The Spanish broadcaster has just published the official music video and final version of ‘Reír’, the Spanish entry for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2021. The song, which was written and composed by David Roma, will be performed by the winner of The Voice Kids Levi on December 19 at La Seine Musicale in Paris.

13-years old Levi Díaz was selected internally by the broadcaster to represent Spain at Junior Eurovision 2021. RTVE got hooked on Levi when he won The Voice Kids earlier this year and had no doubts he was going to carry the Spanish flag in Paris.

It is said that children are the hope of a new world, of a better world. All children should laugh, dance, dream and there’s no one better than them to begin today to forge that future full of colours, bright and luminous, that houses their dreams come true., said the young performer during the reveal of his song.

Levi Díaz hadn’t been taking singing lessons for so long when he decided to give a try to The Voice Kids for the first time last year. That led them to fail to go through the blind auditions. However, he promised the coaches to train a lot and come back the following year. That’s what he did, but he not only managed to go through the blind auditions but also won the whole contest! Levi was coached by Melendi, who was also Melani García’s mentor when she won The Voice Kids.

What do you think about the Spanish entry? Will Levi manage to achieve a Top 4 place for his country as all of the former Spanish entrants?
