Eesti Laul – Here are the qualifiers from the third quarter final

The third quarter final of Estonia’s Eesti Laul took place this evening, and we now know the third set of five qualifiers for the semi-final stage.

Tonight’s show was hosted by two former Eesti Laul champions in the form of Laura Põldvere and Ott Lepland, and a total of ten songs competed for the five places in the semi finals.  The entries were:

1. STEFAN – “Hope”
2. deLULU – “Music Saved My Soul”
3. Goodreason – “Three Days Ago”
4. Elina Nechayeva – “Remedy”
5. Lauri Pihlap – “Take Me Home”
6. Levvis – “Let’s Talk About”
7. Merilin Mälk – “Little Girl”
8. Anna Sahlene – “Champion”
9. Alabama Watchdog – “Move On”
10. Shira – “Under Water”

The result was determined by a combination of public televoting, and an expert jury.  The first three qualifiers were determined by the public vote, and they were (in no particular order)…

  1. STEFAN
  2. Elina Nechayeva
  3. Anna Sahlene

The final two qualifiers were determined by the jury, and they were:

  1. Alabama Watchdog
  2. Merilin Mälk

There will be one more quarter final next week, after which the line up for the semi-final stage will be complete.  We will of course be covering it live, so make sure to follow our coverage on Monday evening when the artists for the final show will be announced, and Saturday evening for that final heat!
