The Spanish national broadcaster is bringing back the Benidorm Fest, and this festival will now be used as the Spanish national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest. In an open call for songs, RTVE received a total of 886 songs, and a pre-selection jury has selected the best 14 to proceed to the semi finals of Benidorm Fest 2022.
