Good evening and welcome to our live coverage of the fourth and last semi final of the Estonian preselection ‘Eesti Laul’. This year we are being treated to a total of seven shows by Estonian Broadcaster ERR with the introduction of quarter finals in their search for a successor to Uku Suviste as the Estonian Eurovision representative.
This evening’s show will again be presented by two former Estonian Eurovision artists Getter Jaani (2011) and Jüri Pootsmann (2016) and will see the presentation of the last ten songs in video form. Another former Estonian Eurovision artist is trying out tonight, as Ott Lepland has returned to the selection process for the first time since winning in 2012. Following a round of voting, a total of five songs will progress to the semifinals. The ten songs are:
