The winners of Eurovision 2021, Måneskin, continue to conquer the world one step at the time with their music and achievements. They presented the GRAMMY’s, they won the Best Rock at MTV EMA 2021 , they opened for Rolling Stones, revealed the dates of their European Tour, performed at Global Citizen Live and front Gucci Aria campaign. Their success in the music industry and the fact that they reached #1 at the Spotify Global Viral Chart together with all the other achievement lead them to another one on their list – they joined the line up for one of the biggest festivals of South America, Rock in Rio.
The ninth ediiton of Rock In Rio should’ve taken place this year but due to the pandemic they postponed it to next September. Rock in Rio will take place from 2nd to 4th and from 8th to 11th of September 2022 at the Olympic Park, in Rio de Janeiro. Måneskin will perform on the same day as Guns N’Roses.
The line-up is as follows:
2nd of September – Iron Maiden, Megadeth, Dream Theater and Sepultura
3rd of September – Post Malone, Jason Derulo, Marshmello and Alok
4th of September – Justin Bieber, Demi Lovato and Iza
8th of September – Guns N’ Roses and Måneskin
10th of September – Coldplay, Camila Cabello, Bastille and Djavan
11th of September – Dua Lipa and Ivete Sangalo
In addition to that at the Spotify’s recently announced list of most listened Italian artists worldwide Måneskin took first place while their version of “Beggin’ ” was the 10th on the list of most listened songs on Spotify, globally.
