Moldova’s road to Eurovision 2022 in Turin starts today!

Moldova have kicked off the search for their Eurovision entry today!
Broadcaster TRM have announced that those interested in representing the country can make their application by offering the following:

  • a registration application
  • a project description
  • digital audio materials
  • a list of materials

And deliver those, accompanied by a letter of intent and a list of materials, on either the web portal www.eurovision.md or drop them off at the Eurovision 2022 Collection Centre, located at: mun. Chisinau, Háncești road 64, TV Moldova 1 (ante-room).
The deadline for this is set at 24 January 2022, 17:00.

The rules applying to entrants and entries are that they must be over 16 years old, the music piece must be original and not over 3 minutes long and in this case also not have been publically performed before the 1st of September 2021.

When the deadline has passed two stages will kick in: the assessment of the entries from the 25th to the 28th of January and a live audition of the contestants on January 29!
When all is said and done TRM may decide to hold a national final on the 5th of March!
