Skywalker: ‘Eurovision seems like space for good music, no matter the genre’

The Czech national selection ESCZ is slowly coming to its final stage. A total of seven acts are competing to become Benny Cristo’s successor, and represent the Czech Republic at the 2022 Eurovision Song Contest in Turin. Skywalker are entering this competition for the very first time this year, and they are hoping to represent their country in Italy with the song “Way Down”.

We had a great pleasure to chat with the frontmant of Skywalker – Jay, and we asked him about the band’s entry in ESCZ titled “Way Down”, their views on Eurovision, what drives them to do music, and a lot more! Check out all of that and more in this interview right here:

Fans from all over the world are welcome to vote in the Czech national selection either via the official Eurovision app, or at escz2022.com, and your vote will count in the official result.
