Watch the official music video of ‘Mon Ami’ – the Russian JESC entry

The official music video of this year’s Russian entry for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest has been revealed. Tanya Mezhentseva will represent her country for the second time with the uptempo ‘Mon Ami’.

The 11-year-old Russian performer won her country’s national final after a long selection process that saw around 500 entrants compete for the ticket to Paris. Tanya got the trophy at a national final which featured 12 candidates selected from internal auditions.

It will be the second time the young Russian performer will take part in Junior Eurovision. In 2019, she waved her country’s flag in a duet with Denberel Oorzhak with the song ‘A Time For Us’, which ended in 13th place. This time, she will bring ‘Mon Ami’ (My Friend in French) to the big stage.

What do you think about the Russian song? Will Tanya get her revenge and a better place this year?
