Results from Lithuania’s Pabandom Iš Naujo 2022 Semi Final One

Tonight in Lithuania, the first semi final of national selection show Pabandom Iš Naujo took place and the first nine artists that qualified to the semi finals performed for a ticket to the final on Saturday 12th February. Of the nine performers there were only four spaces through to the final meaning it was something of a bloodbath! To decide who would qualify for the final, the result was based on a 50/50 weighted jury and public televote. Read on to see who qualified!

The running order tonight was:

  1. Queens of Roses – “Washing Machine”
  2. Elonas Pokanevič – “Someday”
  3. Emilijana – “Illuminate”
  4. Joseph June – “Deadly”
  5. Erica Jennings – “Back to Myself”
  6. Justė Kraujelytė – “How to Get My Life Back”
  7. Gebrasy – “Into Your Arms”
  8. Gintarė Korsakaitė – “Fantasy Eyes”
  9. Lolita Zero – “Not Your Mother”

After adding up the 50% jury results and then the 50% televoting numbers, each set of scores was then changed to a Eurovision style format, with the winner of each vote rewarded with 12 points, and so on. There was a clear top three and then a moment of chaos as we waited to see who would take that fourth spot! Here were the full results of the combined vote:

  1. Justė Kraujelytė – “How to Get My Life Back” — 22 points
  2. Lolita Zero – “Not Your Mother” — 20 points
  3. Gebrasy – “Into You Arms” — 18 points
  4. Queens of Roses – “Washing Machine” — 11 points
  5. Joseph June – “Deadly” — 10 points
  6. Erica Jennings – “Back To Myself” — 10 points
  7. Gintarė Korsakaitė – “Fantasy Eyes” — 10 points
  8. Emilijana – “Illuminate” — 9 points
  9. Elonas Pokanevič – “Someday” — 5 points
