Gabriele Corsi and Cristiano Malgioglio return as the Italian commentators for Eurovision 2022!

The Semi-final allocation draw took place yesterday previously it was expected that the hosts of the draw would be Gabriele Corsi and Carolina Di Domenico but after Gabriele got tested positive for Covid-19 it has been revealed that Mario Acampa would jump in as his replacement at hosting the allocation draw. The thing which was confirmed during the draw was that the duo Gabriele Corsi and Cristiano Malgioglio will be the Italian commentators of the Eurovision Song Contest 2022 for the second consecutive year. However, it hasn’t been confirmed if they will also comment on the semifinals, which were last year commented by Ema Stokholma and Saverio Raimondo on RAI4, or if they will only be the commentators for the broadcast of the Grand Final.
