The first semi final of Benidorm Fest is set to take place tonight! Ahead of it the guest performances have been revealed. The winner of Eurovision Song Contest 2017, Salvador Sobral as well as the Spanish band Marlon will be the ones to perform. Last year Salvador Sobral released an album “bpm” which got him the nomination for Best Engineered Album at the Latin Grammy Awards 2021. Marlon are a band which consists of: Adrián Roma, Juanin and Jorge. They were nominated for the award in the category of “Best New Artist” at Los 40 Music Awards back in 2016. Their first album “Cosas que no se pagan con dinero” was released in 2018.
After the withdrawal of Luna Ki a couple of days ago, six songs remained in the first semi-final, and they will be competing for four places that will lead to the Grand Final scheduled to take place on Saturday.
The running order is as follows:
- Varry Brava – Raffaella
- Azúcar Moreno – Postureo
- Blanca Paloma – Secreto de agua
- Unique – Mejores
- Tanxugueiras – Terra
- Chanel – SloMo
