Hosts of Dora 2022 have been revealed!
In December out of 184 songs which were received for Dora 2022, pre-selection jury chose 14 songs which will go on to compete and today Croatian broadcaster revealed that the date of the show is 19th of February. Last March it has been revealed that Dora will remain in Opatija in the upcoming years and today they also signed an additional contract which is referring to the Tourist Organisation of city Opatija becoming one of the co-organisers of the show in the period of three years – to 2024. The 14 acts competing in Dora 2022 were revealed in December and the running order has been announced on Monday in the TV Show “Kod nas doma”. Two days ago we got the news that all of the competing entries will be available nine days before Dora 2022. Today the hosts of Dora 2022 have been announced.
The Croatian broadcaster HRT revealed that: Duško Ćurlić, Elizabeta Brodić and Franka Batelić will be the ones to host the show which is set for 19th of February. Duško is Croatian TV, radio host and we could say already a well known face of Dora as he hosted the contest from 2001 to 2010. He has also been the TV commentator of Eurovision Song Contest from 2006, (with exemptions of 2014 and 2015), prior to that on some occasions he was the radio commentator; Elizabeta Brodić is a singer and actress and Franka Batelić represented Croatia at Eurovision Song Contest 2018 in Lisbon but Europe wasn’t “Crazy” about her song so she failed to qualify after receiving 63 points in the semi-final she ended the show on 17th place.

- ToMa – In The Darkness
- Elis Lovrić – No War
- Ella Orešković – If You Go Away
- Tia – Voli me do neba
- Mia Dimšić – Guilty Pleasure
Ahead of Dora there will be a chance to meet the participants of the contest at the special online show called Zvoni Dora set to take place on 3rd of February. Albina performed “Tick-Tock” at Eurovision 2021 and even though being a qualifier from both judges and the televote when the points combined Croatia ended on 11th place in the first semi-final just 5 points behind Norway.
