Songs competing at Dora 2022 to be released on 10th of February!

In December out of 184 songs which were received for Dora 2022, pre-selection jury chose 14 songs which will go on to compete and today Croatian broadcaster revealed that the date of the show is 19th of February. Last March it has been revealed that Dora will remain in Opatija in the upcoming years and today they also signed an additional contract which is referring to the Tourist Organisation of city Opatija becoming one of the co-organisers of the show in the period of three years – to 2024. The 14 acts competing in Dora 2022 were revealed in December and the running order has been announced on Monday in the TV Show “Kod nas doma”. The news which we’ve got from Croatia now are that all of the competing entries will be available nine days before Dora 2022 takes place in a show  “Svijet diskografije” (World of discography) on the second channel of Croatian radio and later those songs will be available at the official page of HRT. This will be the first time that competing entries at Dora are fully available before the show as in recent years we had a chance only to hear snippets in advance while the songs were fully premiered at the contest.

The running order of Dora 2022 is as follows:

  1. Mila Elegović – Ljubav
  2. Mia Negovetić – Forgive Me (Oprosti)
  3. Marko Bošnjak – Moli za nas
  4.  Jessa – My Next Mistake
  5. Zdenka Kovačiček – Stay On The Bright Side
  6. Tina Vukov – Hideout
  7. Roko Vušković – Malo kasnije
  8. Bernarda – Here For Love
  9. Eric – I Found You
  10. ToMa – In The Darkness
  11. Elis Lovrić – No War
  12. Ella Orešković – If You Go Away
  13. Tia – Voli me do neba
  14. Mia Dimšić – Guilty Pleasure 

Ahead of Dora there will be a chance to meet the participants of the contest at the special online show called Zvoni Dora set to take place on 3rd of February. Albina performed “Tick-Tock” at Eurovision 2021 and even though being a qualifier from both judges and the televote when the points combined Croatia ended on 11th place in the first semi-final just 5 points behind Norway.
