LTV have today unveiled the hosts for the 2022 edition of Latvia’s national final, Supernova, and they are familiar names!

Once again the Ketija Šēnberga will host the show, making this her 5th time presenting the Latvian national selection, and for this year’s show she will be joined by Lauris Reiniks.

Lauris was a member of the supergroup F.L.Y. who represented Latvia on home soil in the 2003 edition of the Eurovision Song Contest.  He has entered the Latvian preselection a total of five times, most recently achieving a second place finish in 2011 with ‘Banjo Laura’.

The event will comprise two shows. A semi-final on Saturday 5th February and a grand final on 12th February. The results of this year’s show will be determined by a 50/50 split of jury and public voting.
