The semi final allocation draw for the Eurovision Song Contest 2022 just finished live from the Palazzo Madama e Casaforte degli Acaja in Turin and we have our results.
As a reminder, the countries that participate in the semi-finals were put in 6 different pots, based on historical voting patterns. These were the 6 pots to choose from:
Carolina di Domenico and Mario Acampa hosted the allocation draw and also drew the names of the participating countries out of the pots, determing who will participate in which half of which semi-final and also deciding which Big 5 member will vote at which semi-final.
And this is the official semi-final split for the Eurovision Song Contest 2022!
