Alina Pash will represent Ukraine in Eurovision 2022!

“Vidbir 2022” ended moments ago, where a total of eight acts competed to be the one to represent Ukraine in this year’s Eurovision Song Contest, which will take place in Turin this May.

The eight competing acts in tonight’s show were as follows:

  1. Cloudless – “ All be Alright”
  2. Michael Soul – “Demons”
  3. Our Atlantic – “Moya lyubov”
  4. Barleben – “Hear My Words”
  5. Kalush Orchestra – “Stefania”
  6. Roxolana – “GIRLZZZZ”
  7. Wellboy – “Nozzy Bossy”
  8. Alina Pash – “Tini zabutykh predkiv”

The three member jury consisting of Jamala (Eurovision 2016 winner), Yaroslav Lodyhin (Board member at the Ukrainian national broadcaster) and Tina Karol (singer, represented Ukraine in Eurovision 2006) had a 50% say in the full results, whilst the other 50% came from the public all over Ukraine.

The full results of the jury were as follows:

8 pts: Alina Pash
7 pts: Wellboy
6 pts: Kalush Orchestra
5 pts: Our Atlantic
4 pts: Barleben
3 pts: Roxolana
2 pts: Michael Soul
1 pt: Cloudless

This is how the Ukrainian public has voted:

8 pts: Kalush Orchestra
7 pts: Alina Pash
6 pts: Wellboy
5 pts: Roxolana
4 pts: Cloudless
3 pts: Barleben
2 pts: Our Atlantic
1 pt: Michael Soul
