Not long ago after TVR released the live auditions from Selecția Națională 2022, the Croatian singer Barbara Tešija decided to withdraw from Selecția Națională 2022, she competed with the song “Hypnotized”, you can watch her live audition down below.

We’re left now with 45 artists, from those 45 songs, 5 will be chosen by the public through an online voting on the Eurovision Romania facebook page and 15 songs will be selected by the jury, the results will be known on 10 February. The second part of the Semifinal will take place on 12th February where the jury will select the 10 finalists. The National Final will take place on 5th March.

Last year Romania was represent by Roxen with the song “Amnesia”, sadly she faild to qualify to the final and finished 12th in the Semifinal with 85 points.
