Four shows, two finals this week!

It’s the last full week of February, but there are lots of Eurovision shows still to come! After a couple of super busy weeks, we are slowing it down this week a little bit, as only four shows are scheduled to take place, and two more songs which will be added to our Eurovision 2022 playlists. All of this week’s shows are going to be on Saturday, and here is the full schedule…

Saturday, Feb 26

🇦🇺

This Eurovision-Saturday will start very early if you are based in Europe, as “Australia Decides” starts at 10:30am CET! A total of 11 acts have been selected to compete in this year’s edition of this national selection, and one of the special guests / interval acts are going to be KEiiNO from Norway. If you have listened to the 11 competing songs, you can let us know which ones are YOUR personal favorites by voting in our poll right here:

🇸🇪

The fourth and last heat of Melodifestivalen 2022 starts at 20:00 CET! A total of eight acts are once again going to compete for two places that lead to the Grand Final of Melodifestivalen 2022, and two other places that lead to the “Andra Chansen”. The results will be decided entirely by the Swedish public, in two rounds of voting.

The second final of the day starts at exactly the same time as Melodifestivalen – 20:00 CET, and it’s none other than Finland’s Uuden Musiikin Kilpailu! Six acts have been selected to compete this year in the Finnish selection, where the winner is going to be chosen in a mix of televoting and international jury votes. And last but most certainly not least, Iceland’s Söngvakeppnin also kicks off this Saturday with its first semi final, at 20:45 CET. Five songs are going to be competing for two places that lead to the Grand Final, and after both semis, another act is going to be given a wildcard for the Final.
